Do You Guarantee Your Work?

Absolutely! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, please contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean any area you’re dissatisfied with at no additional cost.

How Do I Prepare For My Cleaning?

1) Provide Instructions for Your Home: When you book your cleaning appointment with our office staff, please provide instructions on handling pets, keys, alarms, rooms to skip, irreplaceable or high dollar items we shouldn’t touch, and other special instructions for your home.

2) Pick Up & Declutter: Picking up and decluttering before we arrive allows our team to focus on cleaning. Please put away items on the floor (i.e. toys and clothing), clear the sink, and declutter counters. We operate on a tight schedule, so we’ll be unable to clean surfaces that have an excessive amount of clutter- unless you would like to increase your cleaning time for an additional cost.

3) Linens & Trash Bags: Set out linens and/or trash bags if you would like your sheets changed and/or trash bags replaced.

4) Secure Valuables: Please secure any valuables like cash and jewelry. We conduct a background check on all our maidens and they arrive in teams of two or more, so no one is ever alone in your home. However, we believe it’s always best to put valuables away whenever you’re having any type of service performed in your home. We also ask that you advise our office of any irreplaceable, sentimental, or valuable items you prefer we not touch.

What Times Are You Available To Clean?

Cleaning hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Closed on weekends.

How Do I Tip My Cleaning Team?

Tips are genuinely appreciated and lets your cleaning team know they’re doing a great job. You can either leave a cash tip on the kitchen counter or you can include the tip in your payment.

How Do I Pay For The Service?

We accept cash, check, or Venmo.

What Time Will The Cleaning Team Arrive?

The majority of customers prefer to provide a key so we can clean while they’re away from home. The cleaning team will arrive between 9 am-2 pm, depending on that day’s schedule. For customers who prefer to be home or run errands while we clean, the team can arrive at a specified time.

Do I Need To Provide Cleaning Supplies Or Equipment?

No. We arrive with our green cleaning products, supplies, and equipment, which includes a bagged vacuum for hard floors, bagged vacuum for carpets, and microfiber mops. If you would like us to use your cleaning products, please contact us prior to your scheduled service so we can verify the products contain no toxic chemicals. We’re committed to using only products that are safe for you, our team, and the environment.

What Do I Do With My Pet?

We’re a pet-friendly business and want to ensure their safety- and ours. If you have an aggressive pet, we kindly request that you secure them during our cleaning service.

How Do I Provide Access To My Home?

Most of our clients prefer to provide us with a key so we can clean while they’re away. All keys are secured when not in use. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call and let us know the location of the key so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

What Are Your Operating Hours?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed on weekends.

What Areas Do You Serve?

We currently provide all of our green cleaning services to homes in the City of Elk Grove and the immediate surrounding areas. We’re committed to limiting the daily drive time for our cleaners so they can spend less time on the road- and more time cleaning.

However, we are available for move-in, move-out, and post-construction cleaning if your home is within a 30 minute drive from Elk Grove.
